Germany
Prepayment:Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation with bank details by email.
After receipt of payment you will receive a payment confirmation from us. The shipment will then be dispatched and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days if the ordered item is in stock. Please note the delivery times.
Cash on delivery is possible. However, only by telephone arrangement and if the desired item is in stock. Special orders / custom-made products are generally not sent cash on delivery.
EU countries
Shipping to all EU countries is charged at a flat rate of €12.90 (incl. 19% VAT). After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. If you have decided to pay in advance, please use the bank details provided for your bank transfer. Please note / use IBAN and BIC.After receipt of payment you will receive a payment confirmation from us. The shipment will then be dispatched and, if the item you have ordered is in stock, will usually arrive within 2-5 working days. Items with longer delivery times are usually indicated and are extended by the times indicated in each case.
Shipping to other countries may vary!
Cash on delivery to foreign countries is not possible.
Non-European countries:
Shipping to non-EU countries (worldwide) is charged at a flat rate of €18.90 (incl. VAT).
